Blanc de Blancs
£29.99
Case of 6 bottles - £25.99 per bottle
A blend of 100% Chardonnay from the 2019 and 2020 vintages providing complimentary qualities; balancing fruit and purity. We began disgorging in small batches after 9 months on the lees, offering an evolving maturity with each wine. A classic English Traditional Method sparkling wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with a range of food.
TASTING NOTE
Fresh aromas of ripe green orchard fruit, apple blossom and a saline, flinty minerality. Oak maturation offers texture and complexity to the palate with nuanced bready notes from time on lees. A fine effervescence, and a pure andfocussed acidity provides structure, length and ageability.
